Badge ID Requirements

Before ordering a badge please read the following. We want to make your experience shopping with us pleasant and easy. We do however pride ourselves on protecting the integrity and security of not only you, our customer, but all citizens. In order to do so we require verification for all of the following types of badges.

• Any badge that refers to Law enforcement. This includes but is not limited to Police, Officer, Sheriff, Trooper, Marshal, Constable, Highway Patrol, District Attorney, Judge, Parole, Probation, Peace Officer, Corrections, and Patrolman.
• Any badge that refers to Schools. This includes but is not limited to Campus Security, School Guard, Truant Officer, and University Security.
• Any badge with a Federal Seal. These badges are restricted and can only be shipped directly to the department they are issued for unless an official letter of authorization has been sent in to us.
• Any other badge that we suspect may be ordered by an un-authorized person(s). We reserve the right to request identification for any order.

We will not produce or ship any of the following types of badges.

• Any badge that refers to Homeland Security, Transit Authority, or US Marshal.

We do not sell collector police or law enforcement badges. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation of the order. If verification is required we will notify you with full instructions on what is required. Once the verification is received you will be notified that your badge is in production. Typical requirements are faxed copies of identification and or authorization letters. If you can not provide verification of identity that shows you have the right to purchase and or use the badge you ordered, we will cancel the order. If the order is canceled due to your inability to provide proper identification a 10% administration fee will be required. Badgeandwallet.com reserves the right to require verification of identity for any order. Furthermore we also reserve the right to cancel any order without cause. Orders canceled without cause will be fully refunded. Though we make every attempt to verify the authorization of a purchaser, the law prohibits the fraudulent use of any badge or identification. Purchase of any products from badgeandwallet.com does not constitute permission to use the item. Any use is done solely at the responsibility of the purchaser.
