What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
How to report an issue
Email orders@badgeandwallet.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Important notes
- We stand by the quality of our products and will work with you to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
- We cannot replace items that have been damaged after delivery, including items scratched, altered, or misused.
- If your item is custom-made and includes spelling, color, or feature choices that were approved at checkout, those are considered customer-selected options and cannot be changed during a replacement request.
