Damaged Merchandise and Items sent not as ordered
In the unlikely event that we send you a product that is not as you ordered or is damaged on arrival, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs. Please send an email to email@example.com describing the issue and include a photograph to expedite replacement of your item(s). Please note that damaged or incorrect merchandise will be replaced exactly as ordered.
