We do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

 

Damaged Merchandise and Items sent not as ordered

In the unlikely event that we send you a product that is not as you ordered or is damaged on arrival, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.  Please send an email to sales@badgeandwallet.com describing the issue and include a photograph to expedite replacement of your item(s).
