How can I check the status of an order?
You can check the status of your order in a few different ways, depending on what you ordered and how it was placed.
1. If you ordered online:

You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Check your confirmation email
Your order confirmation includes a summary of your order, an estimated production timeline, and links to contact us if you have questions.

- Custom Badges: 4–6 weeks
- Recessed Wallets: 3–5 weeks
- Stock Items (no badge cut): Ship next business day
Delays or Verification Holds
Your order may be paused if we're waiting for something from you:
- ID Verification: Some badge types require confirmation. Read more.
- Purchase Order Payment: If you selected “Purchase Order” as your payment method at checkout, please email a copy of the purchase order to orders@badgeandwallet.com to begin production.
- Tax Exempt: If you selected tax-exempt checkout, please submit your exemption certificate using this form: https://www.badgeandwallet.com/tax-exempt-forms.
