What is the warranty on flexible badges?

Flexible badges include a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur within the first year of normal, intended use.

• Scratches, scuffs, or abrasion from duty gear or clothing

• Edge wear, bending, or cosmetic damage from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, improper attachment, or modification

• Fading or aging that results from everyday exposure

• The normal 1–2 year lifespan expected of flexible badges

Flexible badges are made from layered plastic materials and cannot be refurbished. Once they show wear, they must be replaced; this is considered normal use rather than a warranty issue.
