What if the hole spacing in my leather holder doesn’t align with my badge pin?

Because badge attachments (pins, clips, soldering points) are hand‑positioned, there can be slight variation in exactly where they land. Occasionally, this means your badge’s pin spacing might not perfectly match the holes in your holder.

Here are your options:

1. Adjust the holder yourself
   You can carefully modify the leather holder using a precision cutting tool (for example, an X‑Acto knife) to widen or reposition the holes. Make small, incremental adjustments — even tiny changes can make a difference.
2. Return it to us for adjustment
   Mail both the badge and the holder to us with a note that the holder needs its holes realigned. We typically complete this adjustment in 1–2 business days.
