Can I reorder a badge from a previous order?

Yes! Reordering a badge is easy, and there are several ways to do it.

Option 1: Use the “Order Similar” Link

If you received an order confirmation email, it likely includes a button labeled "Order Similar". Clicking this link will open a page with your previous badge configuration. From there, you can update details like badge number or rank and place a new order.

Option 2: Log into Your Account

If you have an account on our website, log in and click on My Account in the top menu. You’ll be able to view previous purchases, and each item includes an "Order Similar" button. This makes it simple to reorder with the same specifications (or make small changes as needed).

Option 3: Contact Us with Your Previous Order Info

If you don’t have access to your account or previous order confirmation, we can still help! Just email sales@badgeandwallet.com or call (877) 404-8413. It helps if you can provide:

  • A past order number (if you have it),

  • The name of the original purchaser, or

  • The name of the agency that placed the order.

We’ll use that information to look up your previous order and help you place a new one.
