Yes! Badge & Wallet offers two ways to get your custom metal badge faster than the standard production time of 4–6 weeks: Badge Express and Rush Production.
Badge Express offers a small selection of popular Smith & Warren badge styles that typically arrive in less than two weeks. These are the same high-quality, American-made badges as our regular Smith & Warren products, but with a limited selection of customization options to allow for faster manufacturing.
Rush Production allows you to choose from a much larger selection of Smith & Warren badge styles and customization options, with expedited manufacturing in 5, 10, or 15 business days for an additional charge.
What is Badge Express?
Badge Express is our fastest and simplest option if you're flexible about the badge design.
The collection includes approximately 10 popular badge styles, available with standard metal finishes, soft enamel lettering, block fonts, and a limited selection of center seals.
Smith & Warren manufactures Badge Express badges to the same quality standards as their regular custom badges. The faster turnaround comes from offering a smaller selection of designs and customization options, not from using cheaper materials or manufacturing methods.
If one of these designs meets your needs, Badge Express is an excellent way to get a high-quality custom badge quickly.
If you need a particular badge style, Roman lettering, a deluxe finish, or a center seal that isn't offered through Badge Express, our Rush Production program may be a better option.
How fast can you manufacture a custom badge?
Smith & Warren can manufacture most custom badges as quickly as 5 business days!
How much does Rush Production cost?
Rush Production is available for an additional charge, based on how quickly you need your badge and which metal finish you select.

Powder-coated finishes, including pink, blue, and matte black, are not eligible for rush production.
Customizations requiring new manufacturing dies, such as new custom center seals or reverse enamel panels, are generally not eligible.
These prices are in addition to the cost of your badge. Production times are measured in business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and begin after your order has been approved.
Does rush production include shipping?
Yes. UPS Ground shipping directly from the Smith & Warren factory in White Plains, New York, is included in the rush production charge.
UPS Ground typically takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.
Can I request rush production after placing my order?
Yes! You can contact us to request rush production before or after placing your badge order.
Our team will review your badge specifications, confirm whether rush production is available, and explain the applicable charges.
If your badge qualifies, we can add the appropriate rush production service to your order.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Rush production times refer to manufacturing and do not include shipping. Rush production guarantees that your order will ship on or before a specific date and by a specific shipping method. We ship using UPS and FedEx and delays do occur from time to time. We are not able to guarantee delivery by a certain date.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us with your badge model, finish, quantity, and required delivery date. We'll review the available options and help you determine the best approach.
