We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. All merchandise that leaves our facility is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged or defective you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped off the package. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damage.
Damaged or defective products will be repaired and / or replaced as necessary to the specifications in the original order only. Replacement badges will be made with the same lettering, finish, style, and attachment specified in the original order. Replacement wallets and badge holders will be the same style and cutout specified in the original order.
