Why can't I add my custom badge to the cart?

If you're having trouble adding your badge to the cart, it’s usually one of two things:

1. You're using the wrong button

Make sure to use the “Add to Cart” button located at the bottom of the badge design page.

Some users mistakenly click the “Cart & Checkout” button in the top menu bar. This will take you directly to the cart — but it does not add your badge. If you do this, you’ll see a message that says “Your cart is empty.”

2. A required option hasn’t been selected

Before your badge can be added to the cart, you must select all the required options — including badge attachment and shape (if applicable).

If something is missing, you’ll still see your badge design preview, but a red error message will appear at the top of the page letting you know what fields need to be completed.
