Q:.  How long do custom badges take?  How can I track my order?
A: Custom badges take about 4-6 weeks.  Please use this link to check your order status.

Q: How do I change, modify, or cancel my order?
A: Changes and cancellations need to be received within 24 hours of placing your order.  To request a change, please email orders@badgeandwallet.com.  Make sure to include your order number and an explanation of what you want to change.  

Q: Will my order require ID?
A: All law enforcement badges and many official badges will require ID.  We generally require a copy of your ID card issued by the agency or department named on the badge.  If your agency does not issue IDs, we can usually accept a letter on agency letterhead authorizing you to purchase the badge. 

Q: How do I make a tax-exempt purchase?
A: You'll have the option to select "Tax-Exempt Purchase" at checkout.  Please use this link to upload a copy of your tax exempt paperwork.
