How do I order a custom badge?

Ordering badges for yourself or your department is easy!

Step 1: Select a base model - we have lots of shapes and sizes to choose from.

  • If you know the Smith & Warren badge model number of the badge you wish to order enter it in the search bar on the top of the page.
  • Otherwise, start by clicking on "Custom Badges". From the Custom Badges page select a category from the many categories provided.

Please check your confirmation carefully.  Please make sure that all names, places, and dates have been entered & spelled correctly. 

Changes to custom products MUST be made within 24 HOURS. 

The following products cannot be changed after the order is placed: nameplate express, rush production leather, and badge express.

ACTION REQUIRED: For the type of badge you have ordered we require verification of your identity and connecting you to the specific role and / or agency referenced on your badge.

In order to complete your order, we require that you submit copies of two documents:

1.  Your Official ID with your name, picture, and the name of the department or agency referenced on your badge.
